WORKING PRINCIPLE

The PROCLEAN CIP system offers cleaning processes which ensure trouble-free and microbiologically safe operation of a production line. The CIP unit is designed to perfectly suit the line components to be cleaned: the CIP sizing and their flow rate cover all tasks required in a bottling line and the number of CIP tanks can be varied depending on the number of media that are requested in the CIP recipes. The CIP tank volume is designed according to the size and volume of the machine/line to be cleaned. The unit is available in manual, semotiautomatic or full automatic configuration. As additional equipment are available modem connection for the remote maintenance possibility and electrical heaters in case of missing steam.

APPLICATIONS

Internal cleaning of fillers, rinsers, syrup rooms, mixers, flash pasteurisers, pipes and tanks for all Beverage or Food plants.

OUTPUT RANGE

Various models are available from 1 to 4 tanks (volume from 1 to 4 m3) with CIP flow rate from 10.000 up to 30.000 l/h.
