WORKING PRINCIPLE

PROSYRUP is the system suitable for the mixing of liquid or powder ingredients necessary to prepare a characteristic syrup. The complete syrup rooms start from the batch dissolution of the sugar (hot or cold) up to the management of the finished syrup or of the flat drink. The system allows accurate control of all components using mass and magnetic flow meters. There are sections for the storage and management of sugar syrup, loading and unloading through swing bend panels, liquid and powder microcomponent management and dosing systems, the recipes management is automatic through an easy interface with the filling line. The system can also be equipped with an in-line dosing unit for fruit concentrates and liquid ingredients from drums. It is also possible an integration with a CIP unit for sanitizing both, the syrup room and the filling line.
