It was in 1915 that Adolfo Donelli decided to turn his passion into a job! The bottles created in the cellar at his home were no longer sufficient to satisfy the growing demand.

There was no shortage of enthusiasm and enterprise, or of appreciation and recognition.So in the 70s his fame and his Lambrusco soon extended beyond the boundaries of the generous Emilian territory.During almost a century, the estate’s DNA has remained the same.

Nowadays the Company belongs to the wine group led by Antonio Giacobazzi and his sons Giovanni and Alberto and his daughter Angela: the quality of the products and a dynamic and flexible enterprise culture are at the core of the important results achieved throughout the years.

In the case of Donelli Vini, innovation starts from very close, from its own vineyards that stretch for more than 110 hectares in the province of Modena, between Nonantola, Sorbara and Bomporto.
Near the vineyards, in the farm home of Nonantola, there is the cellar where the most esteemed wines rest and refine in barrels made of Slavonian oak.
Total control of the supply chain, continuous research and development and a system of integrated quality are other elements that help providing the customer with a careful and safe service. Thanks to constant efforts, the Company is present in more than forty Countries all over the world, both on the retail market and on the ho.re.ca channel.

From the development of the layout to the delivery of the filler machine (18.000 bph) the Matrix engineering service supported the customer during the project.
